I wanted to switch to Outlook 97 as my email client for CompuServe, and was faced with the prospect of how to get my hundreds of saved messages (over a thousand!) out of the CompuServe Filing Cabinet and into Outlook. My only options seemed to be to either save each one as a text file, or open each and every one and forward them to myself again for refiling. Yuck!

CompuServe Phone Tech Support was not aware of any program or utility that could convert my messages to Outlook format and could only suggest saving them as text. But luckily I came across CS2Exchange while browsing the Files section in a Communications Forum. I did balk at the idea of spending $25.00 for a one-time program with no guarantees that it would even work properly, but felt I had no other reasonable choice.

Your program was a dream! It installed and worked flawlessly by using drag and drop to recreate all 50+ folders then move and convert all messages within them. All attachments stayed attached, and the conversion of the CompuServe Address book to one that could be used from Outlook all worked without a hitch.

The $25 was well worth the money in the time and headaches saved by taking care of all my conversions in a little over an hour, instead of the days and days it would have taken me any other way.

Now I wish you would write one for converting all my AOL messages, too!!
