When our company was faced with the enormous challenge of converting the e-mail software of 1,200 users located in 18 different countries, I was worried. We were about to change the way our associates communicated with each other and our customers. Besides all of the training issues of a new software package, the transition would have to be smooth, quick, and error free.

I had little hope of finding a product on the market that would help us accomplish this and had already been collecting information on MAPI and the CompuServe mail structure. Just to cover the bases, I searched for products that would convert CompuServe messages and address books to MS Outlook Express. I was surprised to find one that did, and I downloaded it immediately.

CS2OutlookExpress was just what I was looking for. I was impressed at how quickly I could set it up and convert all of my data. However, I was more impressed with CS2OutlookExchange Software's willingness and ability to provide a custom solution to our problem. With their help, we now have a tool that will allow us to quickly and easily migrate all of our user's old e-mail information to our new platform. With this portion of the project complete, I feel confident that our worldwide rollout will be a great success.
